  17.         I repeated my benchmark today on my work P90 - running under NT.
  18.         Now the frame generation time was 2.30s. Much more acceptable 
  19. than the 7+ mins I had before. This is very wierd and possibly not 
  20. Lightwave's fault at all. I wonder if memory fragmentation is a problem 
  21. here?

  23. Anyhow Lightwave is looking pretty good.(this was never an anti-lightwave 
  24. bitching session)

  26.         This is most certainly in the same performance league as 3D 
  27. Studio - and means we should be able to use Lightwave for a lot more than 
  28. just shots with lots of lens flares. We are desperate to get hold of a 
  29. file converter to do some real side-by side comparisons of performance 
  30. and image quality.
